Read exact retained versioned reconciliation inputs and their source hash

Reporting read authority and verified staff/service operator required; customer impersonation refused. Retains reporting-reconciliation-input-1: exact statement version, internal settlement items and event IDs, optional USD GL position/sync ID, and SHA256. Record is raw JSON to preserve all integer amounts. Hash compact JSON with sorted object keys, exact numbers and original array order; the Go client's Digest verifies it. Run, inputs and break updates commit atomically. Inputs are the reporting projections/imports actually used, not independent authentication of a bank statement. Historical runs before source capture return not_found rather than reconstructing evidence.
