Read the complete original payable cash receipt and accounting readiness

GET/payable-remittances/{id}/receipts/{event_id}

Verified staff/service with payments:read or staff with payments:operations:write authority is required. Read the complete original signed event, actual accounting journal and cash-statement readiness without truncating source evidence. Customer authority is refused. Requests are strict single JSON objects bounded to 8 MiB; complete responses are bounded to 16 MiB and never silently truncated.

CashReceipt records one actual external cash event, never an acceptance, cancellation request or simulator status. AmountMinor is payable principal; FeeMinor is a separately stated actual fee. Only zero fees are bookable in the current supported accounting scope. A trusted nonzero fee remains authentic.
