Read exact source revision and pending financial state without a lending write lock

GET/loans/{id}/affiliate-version

Verified lending:read staff/service authority. One source statement returns current business date, exact full loan revision digest (same hash as affiliate-exposure) and pending financial-command status. Takes no instrument write lock; permits a compliance caller holding its own control lock to recheck that captured principal/interest/fees remain unchanged.
