GET/loans/{id}/affiliate-credit

Verified staff/service lending:read authority required. Source terms bind exact credit ID, borrower, full gross commitment, currency and logical destination to a SHA256. A compliance plan must be approved and capacity reserved before credit approval; new funding additionally needs an exact journal usage and authoritative confirmation. Affiliate facility execution is refused. A fee-netted affiliate closing is outside supported gross-cash term-loan scope.
