Capture a replayable draft LAR or CECL input snapshot with source IDs, hashes and explicit validation limitations
/lending-monitoring/exportsDedicated export authority required. Capture is idempotent by actor and exact request with stable content hashes. Monitoring produces draft 110-field pipe-delimited LAR data from complete approved captures, identifying credits still unassessed; no transmittal sheet or full FFIEC edit certification. Risk inputs are a repeatable-read current snapshot with actual payment, accrual, loss and reviewed risk-grade histories and source IDs. Historical reporting_year is refused for current risk balances. Unfinished money commands block new risk exports. submission_ready is always false.
