Loan and facility records come only from the closing-day source retained for that date, after its seal, whose dated ledger receivables must still agree (lending.reconciliation_required otherwise); membership comes only from approved classification revisions effective on that date; credit outside lending only from the external exposure inventory of the approved policy revision effective on that date (policy). 409 when no source is retained for the date, no policy revision is effective on it, or a borrower with credit, an inventoried customer or a linked insider has no classification effective then.
