Read retained actual cash receipt and independent master statement readiness

GET/ledger/payable-remittances/{id}/receipts/{event}

Verified svc_payments with existing ledger:post is required even locally. Read the exact retained signed cash event, original booking or explicit accounting blocker, and current independent master statement proof identity. Source issuers use their narrow obligation status instead of this private cash evidence endpoint.

CashReceipt records one actual external cash event, never an acceptance, cancellation request or simulator status. AmountMinor is payable principal; FeeMinor is a separately stated actual fee. Only zero fees are bookable in the current supported accounting scope. A trusted nonzero fee remains authentic.
