Ledger reader authority required. Every ISO 4217 currency the core knows, with its minor units from ISO 4217 List One as published by the SIX Group maintenance agency on 2026-01-01 (JPY 0, KWD 3). enabled is true for USD and the currencies the ledger's LEDGER_CURRENCIES configuration admits for new accounts; fx_position appears once a movement has crossed the currency's position.
