Deliver a correspondent's camt.052 intraday report, camt.053 statement or camt.054 notification received over SWIFT (or by staff), reconciled on arrival

POST/ledger/correspondent/messages

The SWIFT gateway service (svc_payments) reaches this route with one scope and nothing else of the ledger's: ledger:correspondent:route reads settlement routes, ledger:correspondent:post posts movements, ledger:correspondent:statement delivers cash management messages. A camt.052.001.08, camt.053.001.08 or camt.054.001.08 Document of at most 8 MiB, as received. Every delivery is receipted: a message or page already retained replays, and a page retained with other content, a claimed electronic sequence number, a statement that does not roll forward or precedes the account's boarding statement, and an account or servicer the registry does not hold are refused with the reason. An accepted delivery reconciles the account and evaluates its liquidity.
