Retain signed actual custody units, values and explicit unknowns for reconciliation

POST/investment-lots/{id}/observations

Only the exact configured service with payments:investments:bridge supplies signed actual custodian units, optional values/tax basis/income and as-of date bound to the original settlement and beneficial account. Authentic unit mismatches are retained as exceptions; they never silently rewrite lots. Changed same-date evidence needs explicit correction. Unknown or zero actual NAV is not replaced with $1. Source observations do not post money.
