Create an investment custody account

POST/investment-custody-accounts

Fresh verified staff with payments:investments:write proposes signed actual custodian onboarding and ownership, bound to the approved program, customer, original DDA and external beneficial account. Independent review is required. An enabled mapping must be current; a signed disabled revision stops new use without rewriting existing instructions.
