POST/ledger/cash/statements/{id}/document

Fresh actual bank cash staff with read and write scopes and bounded recorded purpose required. Source document is decrypted, authenticated and hash-verified, then access is durably recorded before bytes are released. Full response limit supports an 8 MiB document encoded as JSON. Generic statement readers and bridge credentials cannot export raw evidence.
