GET/facilities/{id}/affiliate-funding-source

Verified lending:read staff/service authority required. Returns expected immutable ledger address, captured product GL code and known activated/prepared receivable ID if present, with exact credit terms. Takes no instrument write lock and is safe for a compliance authorization callback before lending funding commits.
