Read the exact completed consumer card loss for the authorized cards recovery service

GET/disputes/{id}/actions/{action}/final-card-loss

Only an actual svc_cards JWT with compliance:disputes:recovery:read can read this source. Requires a completed independently approved error/partial-error determination, actual unreversed original card clearing and exact final expense journal, and no pending financial action or provisional recovery. Principal excludes related fees and interest. SourceSHA256 excludes observation time. This observation posts no customer credit and reserves no loss capacity; the recovery consumer must retain exact evidence and claim the loss journal before allocating bank recoveries.
