Verified non-API-key exact original custodian service with ledger:securities:bridge supplies signed actual full Treasury repayment, original lot/reservation identity, actual external master statement and line, custody extinguishment and tax documents. The receipt ID and external references bind immutable replay; they cannot fund another source. Native accounting finishes contractual accretion, removes original AFS and allocated tax balances, reverses remaining ACL through credit provision and retains actual gross face, net cash, withholding and fees separately. Calendar maturity or projected discount is not cash; full face is paid once. The actual receipt is retained before accounting so posting failure remains recoverable. Complete evidence is strictly bounded at 5 MiB; responses at 16 MiB never silently truncate.
