GET/ledger/securities/snapshots/{id}

Verified non-API-key staff/service with ledger:securities:read reads the retained immutable snapshot, source digest, observed inventory and exact readiness blockers. This is the original capture, not a newly inferred historical position. A bridge scope alone does not grant bank-wide source access. Complete responses exceed the supported limit only by explicit refusal; no partial inventory is presented as complete.
