Create an agency identifier

POST/agency-identifiers

Fresh verified staff with payments:operations:write authority is required. Seal an obligor social security number or a levied taxpayer identification number copied from a served order and return only its identity and last four digits. The full identifier never appears on a recipient, remittance, holder report or ledger view. Customer authority is refused. Requests are strict single JSON objects bounded to 8 MiB; complete responses are bounded to 16 MiB and never silently truncated.
