Recheck classification, policy and collateral before one exact funding journal

POST/affiliate-controls/usages

Executing service rechecks current policy, plan, classifications and actual collateral before a new exact funding journal. Affiliate term funding must pay the full gross amount to the borrower; netted fees/escrow refuse. Nonaffiliate facility settlement payables require a reviewed GL mapping. Uncertain posting retains usage and capacity; never release on timeout.
